This teapot came from a “what-if?” moment. I took two flat slab circles, cut out 6 darts (similar as what you would do when sewing) and made a bowl shape. Then I thought “what if I put the two bowls together and made a teapot?” So this darted-bowl teapot was created (after many prototype attempts).

It has a short, slab-built spout, and adorable “button” feet, with a textured coil handle. The patterned texture mimics quilted designs. It is can be used, but also enjoyed as the piece of art it was intended to be. 17 x 17 x 20 cm
