Hi! Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and learn more about my writing and art adventures.
I make small batch decorative and functional ceramic art, that is inspired by the crafts handed down by the women in my family. Quilting, crochet, knitting, embroidery, sewing and even rug hooking have all been present since my childhood. Transferring this inspiration to clay is a fun and interesting challenge, whether finding new ways to create texture, assemble slab work, or carve yarn-inspired patterns into thrown pieces.
Currently I am writing devotionals, focusing on joy, healing, and encouragement, with a future books including one on creativity in the works. I’ve loved writing since I was a child, so am excited to start sharing my love of writing with the world.
The journey is not only about the destination, but what we experience along the way. Thank you for joining me on this amazing adventure!
I live and work in the traditional territory of the Haudensaunee and Anishnaabeg.
This territory is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Treaty, the Upper Canada Treaties and is directly adjacent to Haldimand Treaty Territory
