Shipping & Returns
All items will be shipped via Canada Post. Orders will be processed within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
NOTE: due to the current strike at Canada Post, shipping of products is delayed. If you live within 30 minutes of Hamilton, porch drop-off delivery can be arranged. Otherwise, please consider purchasing from the links to Amazon.
All sales are final. Because each pottery piece is unique, if an item is broken during shipping, we will replace it with another similar item. Photos of the damaged piece and packaging will be required.
You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. Our team will send another email with shipping information once it is ready to go.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Other international shipping is available but shipping will be added manually. Please contact us for shipping details. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes from their home country.
